Jamie Oliver has touched pivotal points. I hope this follows through, it would save America's homes and lives.People have forgotten the real

pleasure of eating. As Leon Kass wittily notes: "Recovering the deeper meaning of eating could help cure our spiritual anorexia."

Let's not go that far, at least teach the kids the difference between potatoes and tomatoes.
